Sports Massage Therapy

Ashley is a qualified sports massage therapist and personal trainer. He is a caring and empathetic individual who has has developed a passionate for human movement and wishes to help people with their health and well-being. With a strong sporting background, Ashley spent 7 years at AFC Bournemouth (football) in the academy set-up. He has played for a number of non-league football teams including Dorchester Town, and he currently plays for Shaftesbury.  He is also currently studying Sports, Exercise and Health Science at the AECC University in Bournemouth.
