This is a great example of how we approach knee pain!

👉Pain over the front of the knee can be felt when walking, climbing up and down stairs, twisting and turning

👆It is likely the whole lower limb, pelvis and low back is not functioning as a whole and this alignment will need addressing

🤘You may need some work to get to the stage of these exercises, but these are great examples of how to engage to gluteal muscles in a FUNCTIONAL setting.

During these exercises you should stay mindful of

✅ controlled movement with excellent form

✅ alignment in the pelvis

✅ alignment through the shoulders

✅ head remaining still
